Hello, Just moved here 7 months ago and Household incomes average around $104,129 in Bethel Park. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks for reading. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
