Just moved here 9 months ago and The median home value here is around $1,129,700, which is pretty steep. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Has anyone dealt with this? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to.
