My wife and I are planning to retire in the next few years. We're considering Bethlehem because of being near family. Weather is moderate — about 53F average.
Cost of living looks pretty reasonable. How's the healthcare situation? Any retiree communities?

Rent tip: look for places in January-February. Prices drop and there's more availability.

Weather is the biggest factor for us. Four seasons are nice, not too extreme either way.
