Hey everyone, We have two kids and Household incomes average around $87,500 in Bethlehem. The median home value here is around $203,000, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I overthinking this?
