Biggest downsides of living in Bethpage?

Hey, My partner and I are You can expect to pay around $1,492 for rent here. Median household income is $132,832, which feels pretty solid for the area. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.

I've been here 9 years and the quality of life is solid. The thing nobody mentions is safety. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into fishing, this place is hit or miss.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The West side vs the North side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Hot take but I love the pace of life here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 5 years here, that's my honest assessment.

My experience has been mostly positive. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The only thing I'd watch out for is housing market. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
