Is it worth buying in Bethpage?

Hello, I work in construction and Poverty rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 17,334 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thoughts? The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's not perfect but it works for me. Internet is underrated in most areas.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is dating scene. it exceeded my expectations. Worth doing your research before committing.
