Is it worth buying in Beulah?
I relocated for work and It's a a small town city with about 3,058 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Worth the trade-offs? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
