Longtime lurker here, I work in logistics and Rent is about $2,805/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Beverly Hills sits at 301.1 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thanks in advance! People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
