Cheapest neighborhoods in Beverly Hills?

Hey everyone, I grew up here but left for a while. Rent is about $2,805/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $2,805 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I overthinking this? Thanks in advance!

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's not perfect but it works for me. Internet is hit or miss in most areas.

I've been living here for 7 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The dating scene is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall No regrets on my end..
