Starting a business in Beverly Hills?

Hello, Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What would you do? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to.

Moved here from Dallas about 14 years ago. it's been a really good experience overall. Still getting used to housing market but Happy to answer more specific questions..

I've lived in Sunset for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Chicago, I was surprised by nightlife. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good healthcare facilities
- The housing market scene is solid

The downsides:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Road conditions need improvement

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for families. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
