Pros and cons of Beverly Hills after 2 years

Anyone else feel this way? I'm single, late 20s, and Crime rate is something to consider -Beverly Hills sits at 19.2 per 100K. Household incomes average around $175,460 in Beverly Hills. The median home value here is around $488,800, which is pretty steep. The unemployment rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Let me know your thoughts. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

I've lived in Highland for about 8 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Raleigh, I was surprised by weather. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The public transit scene is pretty good

The downsides:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Chain restaurants dominate

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for singles. Feel free to reach out with questions..
