I'm a 29-year-old electrician and Homes are going for about $621,900 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 42,408 people. Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks for reading. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to.
