Hey everyone, It's a a smaller city city with about 42,408 people. Poverty rate is 6.8%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Beverly sits at 111.1 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Would love some local perspective. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
