Hey folks, My family moved here when I was a kid. With a population of 42,408, Beverly is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 6.8%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $621,900, which is pretty steep. Household incomes average around $103,739 in Beverly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Has anyone dealt with this? Any help is appreciated. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
