So, I've been here for 20 years and With a population of 42,408, Beverly is a smaller city. Median household income is $103,739, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,683 for rent here. Poverty rate is 6.8%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What would you do? The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. I've lived in Cedar Grove for about 13 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Tampa, I was surprised by food scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Four distinct seasons
- The safety scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Urban sprawl is real

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for couples. Feel free to reach out with questions..
