Longtime lurker here, We're a young couple and It's a a small town city with about 13,324 people. Poverty rate is 1.1%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.

As someone who grew up here, I have mixed feelings honestly. A lot has changed in the past few years though. nightlife used to be much reasonable but now it's excellent.
