First time home buyer in Biddeford

Random thought, I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $349,300 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Anyone in a similar situation? The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it's exactly what I was looking for. Compared to Charlotte it's better than expected.

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I love the pace of life here.
