Studio apartments in Biddeford -options?

Alright, Just moved here 15 months ago and With a population of 22,463, Biddeford is a small town. Rent is about $1,187/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. What neighborhoods would you suggest? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I've lived in Sunset for about 3 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from Denver, I was surprised by weather. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Close to major attractions
- Good airport with direct flights
- The weather scene is excellent

The downsides:
- Winters are long and cold
- Homeless population growing downtown

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for young professionals. Definitely worth checking out..

Weather-wise, the summers are pretty good and winters are wild. You get used to it after the first year.
