What surprised you most about Biddeford?
Hey folks, Been living here since 2023. Household incomes average around $69,794 in Biddeford. It's a a small town city with about 22,463 people. The median home value here is around $349,300, which seems about average. Rent is about $1,187/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 11.2%, which is around average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to.

What would you do? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
