Big Lake in the winter -how bad?

Hello, Rent is about $1,165/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Anyone in a similar situation? The city has invested a lot in new development.

Moved here from Denver about 7 years ago. it was the best decision I ever made. Still getting used to safety but Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

We moved here with our family and it exceeded my expectations. Schools in Riverside area are underrated. Kids love it here.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem average.

I've been here 1 years and it was the best decision I ever made. The thing nobody mentions is food scene. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the safety is legit. And if you're into biking, this place is challenging.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Eastside side vs the Highland side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
