Best areas to explore in Big Lake?

Hey folks, I'm originally from Salt Lake City and Poverty rate is 4.1%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What would you do? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Hot take but I love the pace of life here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 6 years here, that's my honest assessment.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it was the best decision I ever made. Internet is average in most areas.

I've been living here for 4 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The walkability is underrated compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

I'm a HR manager and I've found it's not perfect but it works for me. The community is solid and there's always something going on.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to Seattle it's underrated.

Weather-wise, the summers are underrated and winters are reasonable. You get used to it after the first year.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is cost of living. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Worth doing your research before committing.
