Bingham Farms housing prices -when will it stop?
Poverty rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Does this match your experience? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
