First time home buyer in Binghamton

Just moved here 6 months ago and Homes are going for about $117,400 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. Let me know your thoughts.

Bought a house here in 2017 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are improving, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
