Rent in Binghamton getting crazy

Hey, We have two kids and It's a a smaller city city with about 47,357 people. Homes are going for about $117,400 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Thoughts? Cheers. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

My experience has been mostly positive. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The only thing I'd watch out for is walkability. Other than that, Hope this helps!.
