Best restaurants in Bismarck?

Hey folks, I'm single, late 50s, and The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. With a population of 74,146, Bismarck is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $291,400, which seems about average. Average temperature is around 42--F, so bundle up in winter. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks for reading. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
