Alright, Average temperature is around 42--F, so bundle up in winter. Homes are going for about $291,400 on average. You can expect to pay around $992 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 74,146 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
