Alright, Been living here since 2013. It's a a smaller city city with about 74,146 people. Poverty rate is 6.3%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Is this normal for Bismarck? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
