Been meaning to ask this. We're a young couple and Household incomes average around $96,250 in Bithlo. It's a a small town city with about 10,790 people. Poverty rate is 19.3%, which is higher than I expected. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cheers. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
