First time home buyer in Bixby

Random thought, Median household income is $99,602, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a smaller city city with about 29,402 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Thoughts? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

We moved here with our family and it exceeded my expectations. Schools in Old Town area are improving. Kids love it here.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Worth doing your research before committing.
