Anyone else feel this way? Been living here since 2016. You can expect to pay around $1,324 for rent here. The median home value here is around $298,200, which seems about average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong here? Thanks in advance! Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
