Random thought, I grew up here but left for a while. It's a a small town city with about 6,606 people. The median home value here is around $187,600, which is actually reasonable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Has anyone dealt with this? TIA!
