Hi all, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a small town city with about 1,560 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Black Point-Green Point sits at 146.1 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
