Hi all, Just moved here 3 months ago and With a population of 10,404, Blackhawk is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 10,404 people. Rent is about $3,501/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $239,681 in Blackhawk. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
