Hey everyone, I'm a college student here and Median household income is $48,070, which feels on the lower side for the area. Poverty rate is 8.6%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Appreciate any input.
