Freelancing from Blackwell -experience?

Hello, The unemployment rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What are your go-to spots? Property taxes are high but you get good services.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is school system. it was the best decision I ever made. Worth doing your research before committing.

As someone who grew up here, I genuinely enjoy living here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. dating scene used to be much stable but now it's hit or miss.
