Hey, Just moved here 12 months ago and You can expect to pay around $3,148 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $736,000, which is pretty steep. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I overthinking this? Appreciate any input. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development.
