Curious what people think. You can expect to pay around $1,707 for rent here. Household incomes average around $103,382 in Blaine. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Has anyone dealt with this? The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
