Day-to-day life in Blaine, MN

First post here. Just moved here 2 months ago and With a population of 71,261, Blaine is a smaller city. Median household income is $103,382, which feels pretty solid for the area. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Any advice would be great. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
