First post here. I'm retired and It's a a smaller city city with about 71,261 people. Homes are going for about $327,500 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What neighborhoods would you suggest? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

I'm a social worker and I've found the quality of life is solid. The community is surprisingly good and there's always something going on.

Public transit is excellent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's not perfect but it works for me.
