What's it really like living in Blaine?

First post here. Median household income is $103,382, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $1,707/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thanks in advance! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is walkability. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Worth doing your research before committing.
