First post here. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 0.4%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $430,700 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Looking forward to hearing from you all. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
