Job hunting in Bloomingdale -tips?

Longtime lurker here, With a population of 7,686, Bloomingdale is a small town. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think? Appreciate any input.

I've been living here for 2 years and I'd say I'm still on the fence after all this time. The nightlife is challenging compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..
