Hey, I've been here for 2 years and Homes are going for about $398,000 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,772 for rent here. Rent is about $1,772/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Should I be concerned? Thanks! The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
