Random thought, We have two kids and Poverty rate is 8.2%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. The suburbs are where most families end up. Thoughts? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
