OK so I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $198,800 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 78,703 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Moved here from Baltimore about 15 years ago. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Still getting used to housing market but Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

The food scene here is surprisingly good. Tons of great sushi places. I love the pace of life here.

Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
