Is it worth buying in Bloomington?

First post here. Homes are going for about $198,800 on average. Household incomes average around $75,449 in Bloomington. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What do you all think? Cheers. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. pet-friendliness used to be much pricey but now it's solid.
