What to expect moving to Bloomington?

You can expect to pay around $1,004 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Anyone in a similar situation?

Used to live on the Highland side, now on the Pine Hills side. Completely different vibe. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
