With a population of 78,791, Bloomington is a smaller city. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Should I be concerned?

Came here for my partner's job and stayed because it was the best decision I ever made. The cultural scene is honestly challenging and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

We moved here with our family and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Schools in The Heights area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.
