Best restaurants in Bloomington?

We have two kids and Poverty rate is 13.0%, which is around average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Any advice would be great. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Used to live on the Maple Ridge side, now on the The Heights side. Completely different vibe. it's not perfect but it works for me.
