Rent prices in Bloomington getting crazy

Anyone else noticing rent going up fast in Bloomington? Over the last year, I feel like prices went up at least 10-15%. I'm paying $1160 for a 3BR which feels okay for the area.

Are there any neighborhoods that are still affordable? Thinking about moving to a cheaper area.

Totally agree with this. I've been here 5 years and my experience is very similar.

Check out the Lakewood area. Way more affordable and still close to everything.
